Enjoy a calming self care experience from the comfort of home so you can roll right into bed after!  The first 30 minutes will be a self massage practice and we will finish the hour with a guided, deep relaxation.  Pamela Moskie is a Registered Psychologist with 18 years teaching self care, yoga, meditation and personal development in the Camrose area.  You will need a chair, 2 or more blankets and a pillow.
