My Approach to Mood Disorders and Grief
Whether it is persistent low mood, anxiety or emotional instability is to facilitate emotional intelligence through learning to identify and respond to the information contained in our emotional states. In a paced, safe way that is within your control we will work to identify thoughts that contribute to feeling states, how to experience and respond to them and the behaviours that help to soothe and shift emotions in the moment and in the longer term. Included in this process is learning to identify and respond to stress as well as learn what is at the root of our emotional struggle - be that our relationships, our past or not living in alignment with our needs.
The above includes: Anxiety, panic disorders, grief, ADHD, stress and burnout, depression.
